Chiropractic Redlands And The Stress Factor

By Cherry Mercer

Doctors of Chiropractry can be found at Chiropractic Redlands. They are able to reduce the amount of stress in your body. They also provide their clients with overall health.

One process they may discuss with you is how to get up in the morning. The manner in which we sleep and the manner in which we get up in the morning has a great impact as to how we function throughout the day. Getting up too quickly in the morning places unnecessary stress on the heart.

The type of bed we sleep on also affects our posture and in turn can impact our skeletal structures negatively. When your alarm clock rings in the morning many people will jump out of bed in a hurry sending their heart rate into abnormal extremities very quickly. If you think about it, our bodies need time to adjust as we make the transition between our sleeping hours as opposed to our waking hours.

It is said that the best practice when arising in the morning is to lift oneself up slowly and then sit on the side of your bed whilst you allow yourself some time for your body to readjust itself to a new set of circumstances. This is necessary in order to allow your body to get used to the stimulations of the morning. This time allows your sense of sight and hearing to readjust to those sights and sounds around you.

This allows one to begin to readjust to the stimulations of the day such as the noises around you and the light shining in through your bedroom window apart from other sounds that you may find hard to deal with such as sirens from police vehicles and ambulances. The minute we open our eyes in the morning we are bombarded with many stimulations. The reasons for getting up slowly is because our brains need time to adjust to these stimulations.

By jumping out of bed quickly and rushing off to brush your teeth and to do the dishes left over from supper the previous night, we are not as mindful as to how our bodies are coping and managing with all the demands made on them at any given time. This is a first step to better health in taking time in getting up out of any resting position and noting whether you are experiencing symptoms such as dizziness. In essence we learn to know and understand our bodies better in this way.

You will now be able to focus on the day in a more positive way as your brain relaxes. An increased heart rate means that more oxygen filled blood circulates through your brain and as you learn to relax through repetitive morning exercises. Examples of techniques such as this would be learning to study yoga practices. This stimulates thought processes and allows you to think more clearly.

Chiropractic Redlands offer an ideal way in gaining better health. Prevention of illness is vital in achieving prolonged better health. It is a process of learning and with it discovering new ways in improving your health and lifestyle.
