It is definitely a good idea to rely on a back-up when things get a little bit rough. When the initial medical gadget you have malfunctions or when you have already used it up, then you can immediately switch to the back-up medical gadget. It is highly recommended for sick individuals to always have a back-up.

Check on the tubing of the said medical equipment if you are not really sure of the gaseous element that is coming through the tube. You have to make sure that there are no kinks and blockages there, after all. You also have to see if the said tubing is properly connected to the container. Check if the actual medical equipment is turned on too.

Remember that this gaseous element can easily cause fire. This means that you have to keep the number of the fire department in your list of phone numbers too. You should also prepare a working fire extinguisher nearby and learn how to use it. This is the best way to protect yourself, your entire family, and your house.

This medical tool should always be kept away from sources of open flames, heat, and fire. It is important that this be positioned far away from a gas stove. Smoking near the said medical tool should be forbidden as even a small spark from the smoke can cause a fire already. Be sure to follow this.
