They think that they are not as good as the person in front of them, so they imagine they are not good enough for the job, for example. They may suffer from low self-esteem. This is something that one has to work on.

You may find that getting into a daily routine along with a schedule is going to help you in your process. This will get you into a habit of knowing where to begin. You will not merely be floating through life from one point to another. One has to learn to be happy within and there are people who often have a lot of anxiety because they are constantly worried about the future.

Many people have goals, but they are not sure how to get there or which way to go about this. It can be overwhelming and daunting. There are a lot of people who may be telling you different things. This could be parents or mentors. This is confusing. You could also find that people don't understand what you are going through because of the anxiety that you are facing.
