The Quick Trim Diet Is A Collection Of 4 Different Supplements That Are Supposed To Help You Lose Weight.

Quick Trim is a line of weight loss supplements which has recently been released following proclamations by some minor celebrities that they've made good use of it and achieved impressive results.

The QuickTrim line includes 4 different products: QuickTrim Extreme Burn - a supplement that is claimed to be able to burn 300% more calories and a total of up to 8,000 extra calories each and every month.

The diet begins with a cleanse. You can either get the Quick Trim Fast cleanse for a quick and fierce 48 hour initial cleanse or go for a longer cleansing process with the QuickTrim burn and cleanse 14 days supplement which does a variety of things including some cleansing.

This part of the diet does often lead to a considerable weight loss, at least in the early stages.

However, it is unclear how much of it is water weight (most of it, likely) and how much is actual fat.

Quick Trim Burn and Cleanse - This is a multi-purpose supplement package which is to be taken for 14 days along with an attached exercise program.

Some of the Quick Trim diet reviews I've read indicate that you can avoid all or some of these side-effects by taking the pills with food.

It seems that it would be better to use this product on a full stomach.

There is no clear mention of any studies which have been conducted on these products themselves so there's no way to support the weight loss claims attributed to them.

You should definitely continue to pursue a regular diet and fitness routine as no supplement alone can produce a long term lifestyle change, the kind that's required for permanent weight loss.

At the moment, when you look at user reviews on the GNC website, it seems that more than half of them have negative things to say about these products than good. You do need to give GNC credit for letting people post their reviews freely on their site.

I am of the opinion that you need to change what you eat, how you eat, and become more active to really lose body fat and become healthy.

However, you can choose to try the shortcut that this diet offers. Just make sure that the results are worth the potential side-effects.
